The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbr191 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cbr191 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on cbr191 without prior written authorization from cbr191.

Any unauthorized use of cbr191 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cbr191 excludes all liability for:

Nothing in these Terms limits cbr191's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cbr191's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your cbr191 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, cbr191 will process any pending transactions, verify that all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been addressed, and return your remaining cash balance to your registered payment method within five business days.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — cbr191 will process the closure immediately, will not reverse it for the duration of the self-exclusion period, and will return your cash balance after the exclusion period ends or upon your request if the exclusion is permanent. Changes required by PAGCOR regulation, Philippine law, or immediate security concerns may take effect without advance notice. cbr191 will communicate such changes as promptly as practicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of cbr191, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall first be submitted to cbr191's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact cbr191 support with a written description of your complaint. cbr191 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through cbr191's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. For matters outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the competent courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their legal rights.
